* Manage, coach, and develop a small team to deliver high-quality, timely outputs
* Produce accurate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting
* Partner with the FD to implement better systems, reporting tools, and KPIs
* Analyse costs, track variances, and highlight opportunities for savings and efficiency gains
* Develop clear management information and board packs to support strategic decisions
* Lead balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the fixed asset register
* Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc commercial projects
You’ll need to bring:
* Solid experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
* Proven ability to manage and motivate small teams
* Strong technical accounting skills and a commercial mindset
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and improve
Why this role stands out:
* Newly created – make it your own from day one
