Drama Teacher
Start: After Easter | Temp via REED Permanent from SeptemberPay: £150–£250 per day (experience dependent)
REED Education are proud to be supporting an Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school in North Cambridge, assisting them in recruiting an enthusiastic and inspiring Drama Teacher to join their creative arts department after the Easter break.
This is an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging drama lessons within a school known for its strong arts provision, supportive leadership and exceptional student behaviour. The position begins on a long-term basis through REED with the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract from September.
About the Role
* Teaching Drama across KS3–KS4
* Full-time, long-term role with strong potential to become permanent
* Opportunity to lead practical workshops, performances and productions
* Supportive and well-resourced Performing Arts department
* Start date: After Easter 2026
What the School Are Looking For
* A passionate and creative Drama specialist
* QTS is desirable but not essential
* Strong subject knowledge and confidence leading both practical and theory lessons
* A confident, engaging classroom presence with strong behaviour management
* A proactive team member who will contribute positively to school productions and the wider arts community
