Head of Asset Projects 37hrs/week Salary Scale: circa £60,000 - £70,000pa Job Reference: HOAP/ 4975 /1025 The Head of Asset Projects is responsible for a budget of £15m - £20m per annum associated with investment of our housing stock to include eg component \ asset replacement, major scheme refurbishments, adaptations and stock condition surveying and data. It is a key role within the Assets Directorate and manages a team of more than 20 as well as external Consultants and Contractors. Why work for us?
