As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of facilities and estate management leading a small, dedicated site team (including an Assistant and Facilities Officer) and ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the school. You'll join a supportive network of Site Managers across the Trust who work closely together, share ideas, and support one another.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering both variety and responsibility, from day-to-day site operations to contributing to future capital improvement projects already backed by Trust funding.
