Contract: Full-time / Part-time, Monday – Friday
Pay: £84 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming school setting in the Aberdare area.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide classroom support across different age groups and subjects.
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Support pupils with SEN and behavioural needs, encouraging confidence and independence.
Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to help raise attainment.
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
About You

Patient, caring, and reliable with strong communication skills.
Confident working with children, including those with additional learning needs.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Passionate about making a positive impact in education.
Requirements
Previous experience supporting children (in education, childcare, or SEN) is desirable but not essential.
A valid child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council).
