Sales Development Representative

Salary:

£30,000 per annum (Basic salary + OTE(£40k predicted)

Our client is a high-growth, cloud-based SaaS company, providing industry-leading supply chain and risk management software solutions.
Following exponential growth of 50% YoY, they are looking to continue this by maximising sales opportunities within their customer base.
This team will support their ambitious plans to become Europes leader in supply-chain management solutions and reach £200mil ARR.
The Role
Develop a clear understanding of their value proposition and solutions.
Pro-actively reach out to customers to promote and educate them on their products and services.
Deliver value to your customers through consultative questioning and actively listening to understand their challenges and opportunities, before recommending solutions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the customers.
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge.
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with your customers to drive new business opportunities.
Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activity.
