* Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Location: Bexley
* Start Date: Immediate
* Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
* Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through tailored learning activities.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups to encourage focus, engagement, and growth.
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a calm, positive classroom.
* Build meaningful connections that help pupils reach their potential.
* Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates success.
What We’re Looking For
* A graduate who’s enthusiastic about education and making a real difference.
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
* A patient, proactive approach to supporting young learners.
* Previous experience working with children or young people is an advantage.
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
