Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Full-Time Night Care Assistant (Medication Trained). At present, we have several vacancies available and are keen to meet with candidates as soon as possible for interviews. This role will be based at St. Georges in the heart of Leicester. The home has been specially designed to cater to the every need of 36 residents, living with a range of physical and mental health conditions related to ageing that require dignified support from our caring team. Additionally, many of our residents are living with the early and late stages of Dementia. It is therefore essential that candidates for this role are patient, understanding, respectful, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care. Candidates must be medication trained and ideally have previous experience within a Care Assistant or Support Worker role. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, and a compassionate, professional approach to care.
