Cashmere Caveman Co, Wild Kitchens (CCCWK), founded by Guy Ritchie, offers high-end outdoor lifestyle products such as the WildKitchen, WildTent, and WildTable. Inspired by Guy’s love of fire, BBQs, and the outdoors, these products enable year-round al fresco dining within the world's first fully-retractable canvas and hardwood WildTent, and are featured in films and series including Netflix's The Gentlemen.
Launched at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021, the company has undergone extensive R&D and aims to expand sales and production in the UK and internationally, with existing clients in the USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, and Italy.
The Role
CCCWK seeks an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing Manager to lead marketing and sales efforts in the UK and abroad, supporting the team in order delivery and customer service. The target market includes high-net-worth individuals and successful corporates. Responsibilities include following up on inquiries, arranging site visits, closing sales, working with the design and installation teams, and supporting marketing strategies including content creation, website updates, and sales assets.
The role offers commission based on sales: 2% for WildKitchen sales over £1m, increasing to 3% over £1.5m, and 2% for WildTable sales over 40 tables, with commissions paid biannually.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing
* Support the General Manager in refining and executing the marketing strategy
* Create and manage a content calendar, marketing budgets, and collaborate with content creators and agencies
* Oversee website updates, social media strategy, PR opportunities, event participation, and campaign reporting
Sales
* Execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
* Create sales assets, process inquiries, qualify leads, conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and manage payments
* Develop reseller strategies and represent the company at trade shows and events
General
* Collaborate on business strategy and order management
* Support product management, shipping, and installations
Skills & Attributes
* 3+ years selling high-value products, international experience preferred
* Experience in face-to-face, online, and phone sales to high-net-worth individuals and corporates
* Marketing strategy execution, content creation, social media management, website management, and influencer marketing skills
* Valid driving license, passport, and willingness to travel
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite and CRM systems

Working Hours
* Standard hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility for longer days, out-of-hours contact, and international travel
