Role Title: LabWare MD Lead
Work mode: Hybrid - days per week worked in the office
Contract duration: 11 months (end of 2026)
Location: Macclesfield
We are looking for a LabWare MD Lead with a strong pharma background to support our upcoming initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working closely with identified sites to define change control processes and ensure compliance.
* Driving data strategy and preparing a comprehensive data migration plan.
* Collaborating with sites to align on data naming conventions and bring all stakeholders on the same page to achieve data harmonization.
* Most of the data is already harmonized, but analysis naming changes will be common.
* For site-specific analysis, we will consider site inputs while maintaining overall consistency.
* Acting as the key liaison with LabWare, ensuring smooth coordination and technical alignment.
* Demonstrating leadership skills to stakeholders and effectively steering the data migration activities to success
