Salary: £12.50 per hour
Start Date : ASAP, Temp, Temp to Perm without legal obligation
Location: NN1
Hours of work: Mon, Tues, Weds and Thurs 10.00 14.00 (16 hours a week). Possible cover on Friday too, so 16 20 hours a week. Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and sickness

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Inbound and outbound telephone liaison to receive and chase sales orders
Reception support and assisting visiting customers and clients
Providing information on the companys product lines and prices
Calling new companies and responding to online enquiries
Assisting with web orders and mailings
Quoting to new and existing customers
Sourcing nonstock items from suppliers
Placing orders for goods with suppliers and maximizing profitability
Handling telephone and email sales enquiries
Assisting with promotions and marketing campaign
Supporting the management team with planning and administrative tasks
