We are looking for a Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our fantastic team of friendly and supportive Rapport Ambassadors, based in Canary Wharf. Our client is a luxurious international bank, and you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and their visitors through using your own initiative and working seamlessly with different departments.
Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 24 per week (Monday-Thursday, shift rota basis with some flexibility as per business needs)
Salary: £19,984 per annum

Main Responsibilities
* Providing a warm and welcoming experience to all stakeholders, embodying a five-star service approach that enhances satisfaction and fosters positive relationships.
* Efficiently managing and processing reservations for meeting rooms and events spaces through various channels, including telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
* Assisting bookers in navigating our hospitality brochure, providing expert guidance on food and drink selections that align with their event goals.
* Working closely with the hospitality and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are met.
* Liaising with various departments and external service providers to coordinate logistics, equipment, and other resources essential for successful events.
* Liaising with Executive Assistants to understand and support all business needs.

* Ideally, have at least one year of customer-facing experience in a similar setting.
