Principal/Associate Mechanical Data Centre Engineer

Job Description: Are you an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer with a passion for data centres? Our client is seeking a technical expert to lead mechanical projects within a multi-disciplinary team across the UK and EMEA. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing their position in the Hyperscale and Co-location segments of the Data Centre market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead mechanical projects in the Data Centre sector, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
* Develop project deliverables, manage teams, and set standards for mechanical engineering.
* Provide strategic oversight and mentorship within the EMEA Data Centre sector.
* Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor project risks and ensure seamless, on-time delivery of services.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in delivering mechanical projects for Data Centres and Mission Critical Environments.
* Strong client-facing technical experience and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical design and engineering practices for Data Centres.
* Ability to manage project financials and ensure successful project outcomes.
