Protocol Education is working with a welcoming group of primary schools in and around Kingswood, looking for reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join them.
This is a brilliant opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, love being in the classroom, and want consistent but flexible working pattern.
Whether you're looking for full-time supply or a set number of days each week, we'd love to work with you.
What you'll be doing
Every day can look a little different, but your role will include:
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment• Adapting confidently to different schools, classes and year groups• Supporting pupils to learn, achieve and thrive• Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations• Following safeguarding and school policies at all times• Providing clear handover notes and feedback at the end of the day
What we're looking for
You'll need:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification• Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools• A flexible, reliable and proactive approach• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills• An Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one with our support
