About The Role: As a Property Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Real Estate Team. Supporting with property management, updating the database with current lease transactions Shift and hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 -17:30 Salary : £26,000 This is permanent role Career progression Free parking Roles and Responsibilities: • Deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries • Coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors • Assist with rent collection, lease agreements, and maintenance scheduling • Support the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies About you: • You hold a valid UK driving licence and have good knowledge of the local area • Strong administrative and organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Previous experience in property administration or real estate (preferred) • Proficiency with property management software and MS Office • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business who invests in people.
