We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our hotel/venue to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across corporate, leisure, and events segments.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
· Identify new markets and business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners.
· Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
· Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
· Conduct site inspections and client presentations to showcase the property and services.
About you
· Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts, events).
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· A proactive and target-driven approach.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
