CRM Manager
Location: Helimed House, Norwich
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Annual Salary: £36,930 per annum
East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a regional Charity providing life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. Two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of critical care cars take our crew of skilled HEMS paramedics and doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join our lifesaving charity.
You will lead the continued development of EAAA's CRM system, working with stakeholders and our third-party supplier to ensure operational processes and integrations are compliant and fit for purpose.
Delivering up to the minute intelligence derived from the CRM, you will ensure all teams understand their audiences and trends enabling them to create effective supporter journeys and deliver an excellent supporter experience.
You will have significant experience of managing a CRM system in a target driven environment and have a high level of competence across the Microsoft portfolio. Business intelligence experience in a customer focussed setting and competence in using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential.
The CRM is the heart of all our fundraising, financial and supporter engagement activities and is used by all charity staff who are not directly operational; its reliability and accuracy are critical to the charity's financial sustainability, making this role integral to ensuring the system performs at its best.
This role will involve occasional travel to other EAAA sites across the region so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
You will be joining a truly inspirational organisation. EAAA not only operates with total patient focus but provides a supportive working environment where everyone can develop and make a difference - Together We Save Lives.
