We are looking for Skilled Labourer,someone who is comfortable with travel, working at height, and flexible hours. The right person will work well within a team, be self-motivated, and able to think ahead and use their initiative.
Our work covers the planning, design, construction, installation, and maintenance of agricultural farm systems. The business operates across two main areas.
The first is the project side, which involves installing new equipment. For example, while the silos themselves are erected by others, we install the associated systems such as stairs, catwalks, elevators, and conveyors.
The second area is annual preventative maintenance, servicing, and plant checks, including minor repairs. This work covers equipment such as internal silo stirring systems, discharge (emptying) systems, conveyors, elevators, and other handling equipment. There is also a fabrication element when modifications or replacements are required, for example new floor sections or weather covers.
Working hours vary. During peak season, the usual hours are 07:00–17:00, but finishes can extend to 18:00 or 19:30 depending on the job, site location, travel requirements, or breakdown situations. Saturday work is also required during busy periods. In quieter, out-of-season times, hours are typically 07:30–17:00.
Candidates must have valid UK driving license.
