The Role: Business Analyst Are you a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst with strong commercial acumen and operational insight. If yes, you could be the bridge between Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance—translating data into decisions that drive revenue growth, improve margin, optimize inventory, and elevate supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst * Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools, visualizing data to communicate findings effectively * Analyse customer sales patterns, seasonal trends, and run rates to optimise efficiency * Extract data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity * Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and cost savings * Communicate findings to departmental heads and senior management through reports, presentations, and team meetings * Collaborate with the relevant departmental representatives to understand their needs and translate them into reporting solutions * Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement * Identify and resolve data issues and develop workable solutions, internal and external * Liaise with customers and suppliers to evaluate commercial agreements, payment terms, risks, sales patterns and seasonal trends * Support and allocate resources, maintaining cost efficiency both internally and externally * Lead and drive project work when and where required Your Skills and Experience: Business Analyst * Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, finance, supply chain, or similar is desirable * Desirable 3years in commercial or supply chain analytics * Experience with BI tools or similar platforms, strong Excel and ERP skills * SAP functional experience – desirable but not essential * Strong customer service orientation * Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills * Good networking and Microsoft server knowledge * Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits * Company Pension scheme * Cycle to work scheme * 24 days annual leave ( bank holidays) * Company Events * Birthday Vouchers To submit your CV for this exciting Business Analyst opportunity, please press ‘Apply’ now and await further instructions
