We are recruiting a skilled Exhibition Stand Project Manager, for our client in Wellingborough, to take projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail hits the mark. From technical drawings and fabrication oversight to on-site delivery and client sign-off, you’ll be the driving force behind flawless exhibitions worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing: Own projects from handover to final delivery, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver top-quality builds. Create technical drawings, fabrication lists, and build instructions. Oversee on-site installations, maintaining H&S, CDM, and RAMS compliance. Keep clients in the loop with proactive updates and post-show feedback. Travel in the UK and internationally to support project execution. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in exhibition or event project management. Strong technical knowledge, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CAD. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel internationally, occasionally staying overnight.
