Experience in IT leadership roles managing platform/infrastructure services. Excellent understanding of IT Infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools. Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management. Experience in delivering security solutions within complex and global environments. Expertise in compliance and security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus. ITIL Foundation or Expert Level certified. Relevant cloud certifications in Azure or AWS. Responsibilities: You will oversee four technology towers, building governance frameworks and embedding a dynamic security culture. You will drive high-class cyber resilience across the organization. As the Head of Security & Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of platform delivery and cyber security functions, as well as system reliability and digital workspace services.
