Candidate Profile
We seek an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef eager to advance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, fresh food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Key qualities include:
* Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
* A passion for delivering fantastic dishes consistently.
* Hands-on experience as a Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
* Willingness to learn, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
* Creativity in designing and delivering new dishes.
* Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain control over costs and staffing.
* Proactive in driving sales and growth through team engagement.
Skills Required
* Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
