The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
* Advising businesses on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures
* Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts
* Supporting clients on business sales, purchases, and investment matters
* Advising on corporate governance and compliance issues
* Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions, supply agreements, and service contracts
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a range of sectors
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the department
