Overview
Manpower are currently looking to recruit a FLT/ Counterbalance driver for one of our clients based close to North Thoresby. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site and hours required.
Hours
Hours - Mon-Thurs with Week 1 (6am-6pm) and Week 2 (6pm-6am).
Pay Rate
Pay Rate - £12.21ph
Progression
Once you are fully trained you will then move onto a shift pattern and a permanent position after a successful 12-week probationary period.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the moving, sorting and transporting of high-quality plastic products/ plastic bales in and out of the operating areas so an eye for detail, health and safety and experience in a similar environment are essential.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential as you may be asked to assist with other roles around the Site.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted
