You’ll be handling the full sales process, from registering buyers and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and supporting sales progression. This is a front-line role where your ability to build rapport and close deals will be key. It’s a busy, proactive environment, and you’ll play a vital part in driving the branch’s ongoing success. The right person will already have experience in residential sales and be confident in face-to-face and phone-based interactions. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and the motivation to get stuck in from day one. What’s on offer? A competitive basic salary starting at around £27,000 basic (depending on experience), and with commission, realistic earnings well above £35,000.
