Skills and experience required to be a successful Property Manager -
* The drive to hold a qualification in Residential Property (Lettings)
* Demonstrable Administration experience
* Proven experience working within a team
* Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
General Roles & Responsibilities
* Company meetings
* Attend and be involved in company meetings.
* Attend and partake in Department Meetings (Both weekly & Monthly)
