Our client, a highly respected financial institution based in the City, is seeking an experienced Senior Loans Agency Transaction Manager to join their growing team. This is a pivotal role within their facility agency function, offering exposure to complex facility and security agent documentation across a range of sectors.
This is a unique opportunity for a confident, detail-oriented professional to step into a senior-level position with direct ownership of the transaction lifecycle, from documentation review, negotiation, financial close, and relationship management.

This role involves working closely with borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel, navigating the intricacies of LMA documentation and high-value deals. It offers both technical challenge and visibility within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review, analyze, and provide comments to counsel related to negotiation and drafting of LMA documents for assigned accounts. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
* Work with external parties, including attorneys and financial advisors, to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
* Represent GCM at transaction closings, attend and chair client meetings and presentations, and prepare related documentation.
* Conduct documentation reviews and support deal closings, waivers, and amendments.
* Oversee KYC and onboarding for new counterparties.
* Monitor covenants and borrower compliance obligations.
* Maintain accurate records and liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in a Transaction Management role as Facility Agent
* Knowledge of the Security Agent role
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple active deals concurrently
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
