Regulatory Paralegal – Fitness to Practise, London/ Hybrid, 12 months experience, £33,561 - £38,674. \nTHE ROLE:
\nThe appointed paralegal will manage a diverse caseload from inception to conclusion. Responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and evaluating evidence such as witness statements and expert reports. The role involves assessing and managing risk throughout each case, prioritising high risk or high profile matters, and implementing interim measures where necessary. The paralegal will maintain accurate case records, prepare documentation and hearing bundles.
