We have exciting opportunities for Technicians to join the UK's largest and most diverse geotechnical and ground engineering contractor.

What You'll Be Doing
Getting out and about, gathering geotechnical and geoenvironmental data from a wide range of work environments across the UK.
Support team members in the management of geotechnical project data.
Assist with various field activities to enable the assessment and analysis of geotechnical conditions and investigations
Playing a key role in the preparation and processing of samples for laboratory testing of soil and rock samples
Facilitating good project management practices
Take a proactive approach in the responsibility for Health and Safety
Reflect and promote Van Elle company values through your work and conduct
Who We're Looking For
IT competent in Microsoft packages
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work effectively to deadlines and under pressure
Good attention to detail and accuracy of work
Effective planning and organisation skills
A problem-solving attitude
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and work within the relevant legal and safety regulations
Experience in construction or other ground-related industries [preferable]
Experience driving larger vehicles such as 4x4s and vans [preferable]
Valid CSCS [preferable]
Other Requirements
Eligible to work and live in the UK.
Flexibility to travel in the UK.
A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (essential)
What You'll Get In Return
Competitive salary depending on experience.
Hours of work are 7.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday however flexibility is required
25 days holiday plus bank/public holidays.
