Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload, conducting statutory assessments, reviews, and reassessments using appropriate social work methods and theories.
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, policies, and procedures to meet the needs of adults, providing appropriate support via personal budgets.
* Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and professional guidelines.
* Arrange and chair planning meetings and customer reviews, collaborating with partners and other agencies to develop innovative services.
* Participate in safeguarding enquiries and attend multi-disciplinary forums.
* Provide supervision and support to non-qualified team members.
