About the Role
We are looking for caring and reliable people to join our team as Bank Support Workers across Canterbury. You will help adults with learning disabilities or other support needs to live independently, feel safe, and enjoy life.
No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games, managing challenging behaviours and even putting your feet up watching TV with the people you are supporting. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to.
You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.

We have a number of services across Canterbury.

Casual hours available. A wide variety of shift and hours available.
