Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils within the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
* Assist the class teacher with daily learning activities and lesson preparation
* Help pupils remain engaged, focused, and confident in their learning
* Provide additional support for children with varying learning needs
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development
* Support children's emotional wellbeing and independence
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils make progress

* Experience working with children or young people is desirable
* Patient, supportive, and approachable nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
