The role: Technical Sales Manager WinCan Software


We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager to join our team, actively supporting our sales growth and meeting our sales targets, mainly in the water and environmental industry, thus contributing to the success and sustainable growth of our company.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing actively the business and sales at our existing clients and searching new clients, thus enlarging our client base, actively carrying out field visits, demonstrations, trade shows, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales and business goals.

You also participate to effectively promote new products and ensure successful launches.


Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be promoting and selling WinCan technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the UK, while demonstrating WinCan product and service value.


As the Voice of Customer, you work closely with our service and product management teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and client satisfaction.


Your Profile:


* Experience: Experience in software solutions sales, pre-sales or technical consulting, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in the water and environmental industry, in the public or private sector..
* Technical Knowledge with strong understanding of software technology software + hardware solutions, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new innovations.
* Entrepreneurial and sales driven, with strong sales skills, drive to meet sales targets and take initiatives
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and convince
* Strong customer & solution orientation, with problem-Solving attitude and pragmatism
* Organizational and planning skills with ability to plan sales activities effectively
* Team Player with Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
