Ian Williams is seeking a Part Time Resident Liaison Officer to join our Painting Business in Southampton. You will be working 15-20 hours Monday to Friday. This role is crucial in maintaining partnerships with the local community, customers, our client, and external organisations to improve our work environment and community life. You will cover areas including Weymouth, Poole, and Bournemouth .

Resident Liaison Officer Role:
First point of contact for residents and site teams/contractors, communicating about renovation works, progress, and completion
Maintain excellent relationships with residents through letters, face-to-face visits, events, and calls to ensure satisfaction and smooth workflow
Keep electronic records and produce reports on customer satisfaction and progress
Resolve problems and complaints proactively, consulting with involved parties positively and honestly, ensuring contract deliverables
What you will bring:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, being open, honest, and firm where needed
Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Officer or Social Value Officer is preferred, but transferable customer service skills will be considered
Strong organisational skills to prioritise and resolve issues promptly
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
A full UK driving licence is essential
