Are you an experienced Health CareAssistant and want to be part of a community based, multidisciplinary team? Our Bromsgrove Neighbourhood teamconsists of Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists,Healthcare Assistants and administrative staff; We pride ourselves in providingoutstanding care to housebound patients across Bromsgrove.
We aim to deliver an effective,high-quality service that puts patients at the centre of their own care.
In returnwe offer a great team environment, learning and development opportunities,supervision and wellbeing support. This is full time post, but we wouldconsider applicants looking for part time.
Working flexibly to provide the service deliveryneed across the local area (the service operates from 7:30am 6:30pm, Mondayto Sunday including bank holidays)

Your typical working day will include home visitsfor adults over 18 years needing a range of interventions. These include caringfor people reaching the end of their life, supporting personal care,participating in manual handling, recording observations and all types of woundcare- post operative wounds, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and complex dressingregimes.

Basic knowledge of physical/mental health conditions
Experience of working with older adults in a health/social care setting

Community experience of older adults with physical and/or mental health problems
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats
Willing to undertake further relevant training programmes
Ability to meet the travel requirements of the post
