Our aim is to empower young residents to live independently by helping them manage their income, build essential life skills, and achieve their personal goals. Working in partnership with Telford and Wrekin Council, we deliver a 24-hour housing service that enables young people to improve their lives and move toward greater independence. The Night Concierge Role As a Night Concierge, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and wellbeing of customers and the building during the night. Your presence helps create a calm, stable environment and ensures any incidents are managed appropriately. No two nights are the same, and your support will make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable young people. What You'll Be Doing Monitoring the safety and security of the building during night hours Identifying and reporting any risks or concerns promptly Responding quickly and calmly to incidents or emergencies Building positive, professional relationships with customers Maintaining accurate records and logging any incidents Completing administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has a positive attitude and genuine desire to support vulnerable young people Is calm, confident, and able to communicate effectively Demonstrates inclusivity, respect, and a commitment to equality and diversity Is confident overseeing site safety and following health and safety procedures Can manage or de-escalate anti-social behaviour when necessary Has experience in supported housing or a similar setting (desirable but not essential) Other Requirements This role requires an enhanced DBS check Must be able to work on-site at Woodlands View, Telford Interviews will take place at the scheme location Why join us?
