Electrician - Social Housing (Permanent)

About the Role
We're recruiting an experienced and reliable Electrician to join a well-established contractor specialising in maintenance and improvement works across social housing properties in Derbyshire. This is a permanent role, offering long-term stability, ongoing support, and a company van for work use.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and to a high standard
* Complete EICRs and any remedial works required
* Ensure all work meets current electrical regulations and best practices
* Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
* Keep accurate records and update job management systems where required
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition qualified
* 2391 (Testing & Inspection) desirable but not essential
* Experience working in social housing or domestic environments
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
