Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Northampton for a Holiday Home Sales Person. The role involves engaging with potential buyers, presenting holiday homes,, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, answer inquiries, and follow up on sales leads. The Holiday Home Sales Person will also coordinate with the marketing team to promote available properties and participate in sales events and open houses.
Qualifications
* Sales, Customer Service, and Negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Knowledge of holiday home sales
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
* Experience in the holiday park is a plus
