Im supporting a global business on a key hire within their Customer Technology team - and this is a role that puts you right at the heart of where technology meets real-world experience.
?? Exciting environments: Youll be on-site at live events, stadiums, major venues, universities, and household-name organisations - delivering tech that directly impacts the customer experience.
?? End-to-end ownership: This isnt governance-heavy PM work. Youll lead full lifecycle implementations - from discovery and mobilisation through to go-live and service transition.
?? On-the-road flexibility:Expect to be on client sites weekly, keeping things fast-paced and varied. Youll also have an office base in Macclesfield as and when needed.
??What youll be doing:
* Delivering multi-site technology rollouts across complex, live environments
* Managing projects from discovery through to go-live and BAU handover
* Working closely with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to shape and deliver solutions
* Acting as the bridge between business, tech teams, and third parties
* Providing on-site support during key deployments and escalations
* Managing risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations
??What were looking for:
* Proven experience delivering technology implementations / rollouts across multiple sites
* Background in retail, hospitality, venues or similar
* Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
* Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset - someone who gets things done on the ground
* Comfortable working at pace in a contract environment
