Property Lawyer – Manchester / Hybrid – Up to £40,000 + bonus

What’s in it for you
* Annual salary £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
* Uncapped bonus
* 5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per week
* Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota

What you’ll be doing
* As a Property Lawyer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
* Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
* Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
* Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
* Complete SDLT forms
What you will have
* Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
* Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
