HR Business Partner
Client: BAE Systems
Location: Glascoed
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Hourly Rate: £30.28 PAYE or £40.71 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 37 hours onsite 3 days per week (also open to part time options)
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment, partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational HR activity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with leaders across the business on people strategy and ER matters
* Supporting organisational change and workforce planning
* Driving employee engagement and performance initiatives
* Providing pragmatic HR advice across a unionised environment
* Coaching managers on HR best practice and policy
What we're looking for:
* Proven HRBP experience within a large, complex organisation
* Strong ER and stakeholder management skills
* Experience within manufacturing/engineering/defence environments desirable
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
