Casual Chef de Partie at Woodlands Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Woodlands Park Hotel is a stunning country house hotel set in landscaped grounds and gardens with 57 bedrooms, a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, conference and event function rooms and a bar.
Responsibilities
* Run a busy section, cook to a high standard, and have the ability to help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
* Be part of a team where no day is the same.
* Demonstrate a clean, efficient kitchen operation and maintain high food quality and presentation.
Qualifications
* Current base knowledge and experience of the kitchen within a quality-driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
* Enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities with a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.
* Ability to impart knowledge to junior team members.
* Awareness of the latest trends and a desire to learn the next big thing.
* High level of emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and deliver a Hand Picked experience.
* Ability to deliver guest experience standards with high-quality, personalised, and memorable experiences.
