The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all office events. Day-to-day of the role: Plan and coordinate all aspects of office parties and events from concept to completion. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Manage event budgets and ensure all events are delivered within the allocated budget. Create and distribute marketing materials. Collaborate with various departments to gather event/office requirements and ensure all needs are met. Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an events coordinator or similar role. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
