ERP Lead - Finance Lead
Location: Central London (hybrid working)
Salary: £80,000 - Day rate will apply

A leading research organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead – Finance to join a major transformation programme. This role will lead the Finance workstream of a new cloud-based ERP implementation, working closely with the Finance Director and Programme team to deliver the project which is underway through to go-live and handover.
Key responsibilities
• Lead the Finance workstream across the full ERP lifecycle
• Act as the main point of contact for Finance within the programme
• Coordinate process design, system build, testing and implementation
• Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party partners
• Support change management, training and process improvement
• Manage workstream plans, risks, budgets and benefits realisation
Essential experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
• Proven track record delivering finance systems or ERP implementations
• Experience managing finance functions within complex organisations
• Strong technical accounting and process improvement skills
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes
Desirable
• SaaS ERP implementation experience
• Project management qualification
• Experience in research, higher education or charity environments
