* Visit and build relationships with NEW and current heating companies, installers, national & independent merchants within the heating industry SELLING domestic products within a designated post code area.
* Continually GROW and maintain one-off installer loyalty program Advance with active claiming installers, working to achieve and exceed set given targets for sales, advance loyalty registrations and training.
* GROW Vaillant market share within designated post codes and raise brand awareness with merchant activity, installer & merchant events and via social media platforms.
* Ensure installers sign up, receive, and attend both online training and various training courses at one of the Vaillant Centre’s of Excellence training facilities.
* Using reports, identify Advance installers who are down trading and up trading ascertaining reasons for decline or improvement.
* Analyse and act upon data provided in BI reports and use this to develop a business plan and area strategy to gain INCREMENTAL sales and GROWTH.

* Applicants must have a positive attitude be results driven, with a thirst for knowledge and personal development within a sales environment.
* Previous sales experience direct to installers is required.
* The ability to communicate at all levels effectively and efficiently with a passion to succeed, showing enthusiasm and willingness to engage in all sales and team activities to get the best possible result.
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence and live on patch in one of the following postcode areas: BS or TA.
* A flexible approach to work is needed as you will be required to participate and present at events some of which may require attendance at occasional evening events/activities with overnight stays being required as part of this role.
