A well-established and highly regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team.

The Role :
You’ll assist in managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including :
* Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
* Preparing documentation and handling post-completion work
Requirements :
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision
* Proactive, organised and a team player
