A well-established and highly regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team.

The Role:
You’ll assist in managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
1. Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
2. Remortgages and transfers of equity
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
4. Preparing documentation and handling post-completion work
Requirements:
5. Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
6. Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
7. Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision
8. Proactive, organised and a team player
