Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic Audit & Accounts Manager or Senior Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in Coventry.
Working with an impressive client portfolio involving a 50:50 split between audit & accounts as well as some interesting client/ business advisory work.
Clients includeSMEs, owner-managed businesses and group entities across an array of sectors.
There is also a direct pathway and mentorship programme to Director for the right individual.

The Role:
Managing a varied portfolio of clients
Managing external audits from planning to completion
Review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102
Managing/ mentoring a team of junior staff
Providing assistance with technical queries
Business advisory work
Client meetings
Assisting in business development
Building strong client relationships
You:
ACA/ ACCA Qualified
Experience of leading/ managing audits from planning to completion
Excellent working knowledge of reporting standards (eg FRS102)
Strong communication skills
UK Practice experience/ UK Resident is essential
