Job Summary

A & M Energy Group Ltd are the largest UK Insulation Company, with 11 strategically placed depots around the country.

A vacancy has now become free at our Head Office in Rainford, St Helens due to a member of the team leaving the business and another who is about to go off on Maternity leave. the roll is initially 4 days per week 2 days permanent and 2 days maternity cover for 12 months, however, subject to our requirements in September 2026 it may turn into a permanent 4 day

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team, preferably with someone with extensive experience and artistic flair for designing documents, booklets and reports .

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and IT skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our service department. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, supporting Depots to ensure smooth operations and monthly compliance tasks whilst maintaining effective communication with Depots and external clients.

Duties include but are not limited to;

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including ISO Administration, Audit preparation and monthly legal compliance.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
* Utilise Microsoft Office 365 and internal data systems for document records, data management, and communication purposes.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
* Manage clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Maintain an organised office environment to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

* Previous office experience is absolutely essential, with a strong focus on an administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
* Familiarity with ISO Accreditation and its Administration
