What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for adults with long-term disabilities in their homes and other settings.
* Manage and supervise a team of Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants.
* Participate in duty rotations to address varying needs within the community.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans, recommending necessary adaptations and equipment.
* Facilitate moving and handling assessments to ensure safe and effective practices.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
Requirements:
* Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.
* A valid driving licence is highly advantageous due to the community-based nature of the role.
