Housekeeping Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel!
As a Housekeeping Attendant at ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus, you will take ownership of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay for every guest.

What you will be doing:
* Clean and service all assigned guest rooms and public areas to required brand standards
* Replenish amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies
* Respond promptly and politely to guest requests
* Take responsibility for guest privacy and belongings while delivering excellent service
* Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property to supervisors
* Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding and distribution of linen
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
* Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
* Physical capability to stand, move, bend and lift throughout shifts
* Two years' previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
